Reed in Partnership exists to change peoples lives for the better. We help people find fulfilling careers by giving them the skills, confidence and knowledge they need.

Since 1998, Reed in Partnership has specialised in programmes designed to break down the barriers to employment that our diverse client group faces; in North Glasgow we have offices which aid single parents who are in reciept of income support and long term unemployed who have been in reciept of JSA for 6 months or more. We have a proven ability to create flexible solutions to local issues, creating a multitude of routeways to employment and inclusion.

We have a strong employer network, drawing on 50 years of the reed family of businesses recruitment experience. Since our launch in 1998, we have helped over 95,000 people into employment and worked with more than 25,000 employers ranging from local businesses to large national corporations.

To achieve this we develop both national partners and local partners from within the communities we serve. Working with employers, Jobcentre Plus, specialist agencies and local partners, we help the long-term unemployed overcome whatever obstacles they face getting a job, helping them achieve real, positive and lasting change in their lives.

For single parents a personal advisor provides ono-on-one support, advising on job searching, writing CV's, interview techniques, filling out application forms as well as benefits and childcare advice once you are in work. For those uncertain about the financial benefits of starting work we offer a better off calculation tailored to your specific financial circumstances. We also offer financial assistance for interview clothing and travel to and from interviews as well as three months ongoing support once you have started work.
